Growth
Here at SYW, we believe that girls and women around the world have endless potential. The next Nobel Peace Prize winner, renowned poet, politician, activist, or mathematician could be any one of these. Our job is to make sure they can reach their full potential and have the tools and support to help them get there. We focus on growth: the growth of governments, the growth of laws, and the growth of people.

Education
Education is vital to the opportunities available to girls and women. Literacy and the knowledge of basic mathematics give them independence to think independently, to make their own decisions, become self-reliant, and qualify for positions that align with their skill and intelligence. SYW aims to ensure they are equally educated so they get a fair chance in life.

Representation
Because women are underrepresented in positions of power, they are not getting appropriate say in how they are treated under the law. When empowered through education, they have the skills that allow them to qualify for positions of power and to become informed leaders and advocates for the underdog. SYW strives to promote the development of future change-makers by nurturing the people of the present.
